Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Upon completing a transaction on zerses.com, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase our products. Cancellation requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the product has not been shipped
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our discretion
  • Additional verification may be required before processing any cancellation

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

After receiving your product, you may request a return and refund only if:

  • The product received does not match the description, color, or specifications mentioned on our platform
  • The product has manufacturing defects or damage not caused during transit
  • Wrong product or size was delivered despite correct order placement
  • Product quality is substantially different from what was displayed

3. Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Provide order number and clear photographs showing the issue
  • Specify the exact reason for the refund request
  • Include unboxing video if claiming missing or wrong items

5. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 48 hours
  • We may request additional photographs or information before approval
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Customized or made-to-order products

7. Return Shipping

  • For quality issues or wrong products: We provide free return pickup
  • For size/color preference changes: Customer bears return shipping costs
  • Products must be securely packed for return shipping

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variants if:

  • The desired variant is available in stock
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused with all original tags intact

9. Damaged During Transit

If products are damaged during shipping:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Keep all original packaging for inspection
  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund

Zerses.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
